{"id":7383,"date":"2023-11-30T23:41:56","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T02:41:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.centroredes.org.ar\/?p=7383"},"modified":"2023-11-30T23:41:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T02:41:56","slug":"manuel-mari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centroredes.org.ar\/index.php\/manuel-mari\/","title":{"rendered":"Adi\u00f3s a Manuel Mar\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: right;\">29 de noviembre de 2023.-<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hace algunas horas recibimos la ingrata noticia de que falleci\u00f3 Manuel Mar\u00ed, quien fuera uno de los socios fundadores de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Grupo REDES.<\/p>\n<p>Manuel, espa\u00f1ol de nacimiento, peruano por adopci\u00f3n, argentino por residencia y latinoamericano por convicci\u00f3n, march\u00f3 al exilio durante la dictadura y recal\u00f3 en el departamento de asuntos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos de la OEA, desde donde apoy\u00f3 numerosos proyectos regionales.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e9l se debi\u00f3 que la Red Iberoamericana de Indicadores de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (RICYT) fuera tambi\u00e9n reconocida como red interamericana, lo que le permiti\u00f3 recibir apoyo de la propia OEA, que la adopt\u00f3 como programa regional.<\/p>\n<p>De regreso a Argentina pas\u00f3 una breve temporada en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de REDES y dedic\u00f3 su tiempo a hacer docencia sobre prospectiva y vigilancia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>Dio impulso a quienes abonamos al pensamiento latinoamericano en ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda y desarrollo.
