Con el prop\u00f3sito de promover la reflexi\u00f3n y el debate sobre la articulaci\u00f3n de la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda con el ambiente cultural, pol\u00edtico y social, CTS brinda acceso libre a todos sus contenidos e invita al p\u00fablico interesado a participar con sus opiniones.
